What Is the KYC Process?

When is KYC required?

KYC can be completed at any stage, including during the Evaluation Phase, but it becomes mandatory before activating a Master Account.

This verification step confirms that the trader’s identity matches the registered account owner and that all financial transactions are handled securely and transparently.

How do I complete KYC?

The process is handled through FundingEra’s secure third-party verification partners KYCAID).

You will be required to upload:

  • valid, government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver’s license)
  • real-time selfie for facial verification
  • (Optional) Proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months

Requirements:

  • The ID must be valid and unexpired
  • All four corners must be clearly visible
  • Both front and back sides must be submitted if applicable
  • Files must be in JPEG or PNG format
